QCSA Team Managers for 2023 CFFA National Titles
Representative Team Manager Age Groups for 2023: U/14, U16 Girls, U17 Boys, U21, Senior Women & Men.

Purpose of Position:
1. To represent the QCSA (& its affiliates) in the stewardship of the players in their care throughout representative season and demonstrate Christian values towards others (including elected QCSA administrators, coaches, parents from their own teams and that of opposing teams).
2. To ensure that the delivery of off field and supporting activities are in place for the Representative team that is chosen to travel, including interstate, to play in competition with teams from other states.
3. To ensure that appropriate spiritual needs and support as they pertain to the philosophies and objectives of the QCSA, are met while the team is in preparation and on tour.

Responsible to: The Director of Coaching (DOC) and Representative Committee.

Organisational Environment:
The Representative Committee and DOC are responsible for the selection process, appointment of Managers and the organisation of all supporting activities for the Queensland commitment to the National Titles. The Representative Managers are an essential component of this program.

Conditions of Position:
1. The Manager will not have a child/family member nominating for the same age group the Manager has been appointed to.
2. All Managers will be endorsed by their Club.
3. All managers must be available for the State carnival on the 29th of April and 1st of May.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Uphold by example the Christian values that reflect the objectives and philosophies of the QCSA.
2. Provide an effective communication channel with players and parents.
3. Ensure provision of support/off field mechanisms, activities, and information for the team and QCSA.
4. Completing the documentation as required by the Associations and the players /parents.
5. Always be responsible for the safety of team members especially those who are minors.
6. Build a team spirit that moulds the group into a single unit.
7. Provide short devotional periods at training sessions and prior to games.
8. With your Team Coach and Assistant Coach be available to provide initial counselling or other welfare support should the need arise.

The successful applicant will be supplied with Accommodation, travel (where applicable) and most meals during the tournament.

Minimum Qualifications:
• A current ‘Suitability Card’ holder (Blue Card)
• Experience managing teams in a competitive environment.
• Endorsement letter from your club.
